Original recipe yields 1 servings
½ pound okra, ends trimmed and pods sliced
1 teaspoon olive oil
¼ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper

Preheat an air fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Combine okra, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl and stir gently. Place in a single layer in the basket of the air fryer.
Cook in the air fryer for 5 minutes. Toss and cook 5 minutes more. Toss again and cook 2 more minutes. Serve immediately.
